Cynthia Brown, M.D., will join the Northern Nevada Medical Group on May 1.
For the past 22 years, Dr. Brown was on the faculty at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and was honored as an associate professor emeritus in family medicine this year.
She was a nurse for eight years before she graduated from medical school at the University of Nevada, Reno.
