World Ventures Inc., a Vancouver-area company, said last week it signed a joint venture agreement with Kelward Overseas Corp. for exploration and development of a gold project in Mineral County.
Kelward, a Luxemburg company, will put up $750,000 to earn a 50 percent interest the Lapn Canyon project west of Hawthorne.
