Nevada ranks high in business survival index

Nevada ranks second in a Small Business Survival Index developed by The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council of Oakton, Va. Only South Dakota ranks higher in the study, which is based on the level of taxes, regulatory costs, property rights, health care and energy costs.
