Ironwood Gold Corp. of Scottsdale, Ariz., last week said it struck a deal to acquire a gold prospect in Elko County from Kingsmere Mining Ltd.
Ironwood said it will pay $300,000 in cash and 7 million shares of its publicly traded stock for the claims package known as the Rock Creek property.
