Sleep Fit Corp.

The company, which does business as MattressLand, signed a five-year lease on 10,880 square feet at 9744 S. Virginia St. The landlord, Brittany LLC, was represented by Tom de Jong of Colliers International.

Land and a building leased by a Jack in the Box restaurant in Susanville was sold in a $1.7 million transaction. Lyle Chamberlain of Sperry Van Ness in Reno represented the buyer.
