Center 20 percent occupied

Sierra Marketplace Shopping Center in Reno was approximately 20 percent occupied during 2008 at an average monthly effective rent of $1.11 a square foot, its owner reported last week.

Biggest Little Investments L.P., a partnership based in Reno, owns the center at the southeast corner of Moana Lane and South Virginia Street.
