Randy J. Brown

Randy J. Brown has been promoted to director of legislative and regulatory affairs for AT&T Nevada.

Brown, who has 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry, previously was responsible for AT&T Nevada's external affairs relationships in Reno. He has held management positions in accounting, finance, regulatory and government affairs with the company.

He earned a degree in accounting at the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a certified public accountant.
