Shaheen Beauchamp Builders LLC of Carson said it's wrapped up construction of the Fernley Nugget Casino and Black Bear Diner project in Reno.
The 15,000-square-foot building is owned by WCW Corp., which will operate the Fernley Nugget as a completely smoke-free casino.
Architect for the project was Frank Woodliff of Fallon.
