Ralph Hartmann of Hartmann and Associates, a bookkeeping and business consulting firm in Sparks, will serve as chair of the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce during 2009. He succeeds Valerie Clark of Clark & Associates, who remains on the chamber's board.
