The caterer and maker of gourmet cupcakes signed a five-year lease on 1,476 square feet at Shops at the Village at California Avenue and Booth Street. Chris Waizmann and Gary Tremaine of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Coldstream III LLC.
