Wireless firm reorganizes

AirTegrity Wireless Inc. of Stateline filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code.

The privately-held company develops and manufactures a broadband wireless communications system used by telephone companies and Internet service providers.

Its trademark product is WiMAX in a Box.

AirTegrity had established operations in China, Latin America and Africa, says the company's web site.

Greg Felton, president and chief operating officer, didn't respond to messages left with the company requesting further details.
