Jeffrey Stout Gail Green

Jeffrey Stout and Gail Green have joined Renown Health as chief nursing officers.

Stout, who will be chief nursing officer for Renown Regional Medical Center, more recently worked as assistant vice president of nursing operations at Carolinas Health Care System. He worked at the hospital for 13 years, beginning as a nurse in surgical and trauma care units.

He earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, N.C., and a master's degree in nursing from Queens University in Charlotte, N.C.

Green was named chief nursing officer for Renown Rehabilitation Hospital, Renown Skilled Nursing, Renown South Meadows Medical Center and Home Care.

She most recently worked as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.

She has worked 25 years in nursing, including experience at San Joaquin Community Hospital in

Bakersfield, Calif. and at Saint Joseph Hospital of Kirkwood in St. Louis, Mo.

Green earned bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from St. Louis University.
