The Nevada State Contractors Board has revoked the license of three northern Nevada contractors.
The license of Hilke Construction in Carson City was revoked after owner Roger Hilke pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of lewdness with a 9-year-old girl.
The contractor's license of Epic Construction Co. in Gardnerville was revoked after the board found the company failed to pay for materials and services and several other violations of state law.
The license of Data and Voice Integration in Reno was revoked after the board found the company failed to pay for materials and services, failed to keep a bond in force and failed to maintain financial responsibility.
Bella Terra Professional Landscaping Services LLC of Reno, meanwhile, was fined $600 by the board and told to submit current financial statements. The board found the company bid for work beyond the scope of its license and failed to get building permits for a job.
