1416 Pullman Drive: A 1.01 acre parcel near Prater Way and Sparks Boulevard was listed for sale with Michael D. Maloney of Coldwell Banker Commercial Clay & Associates by the owner, Welmerink Properties LLC.

Canyon Ranch: The 199.10 acres of residential land located on Highway 40 along the Truckee River in Verdi, known as Canyon Ranch, was listed for sale with Mark Krueger of Grubb & Ellis|NCG. This property is bank-owned.

Grand Summit: Mark Krueger of Grubb & Ellis|NCG was awarded the sale listing of 21 finished homesites located in Northwest Reno on Grand Summit Drive in the Grand Summit Community.

Gateway land: John Pinjuv of Grubb & Ellis|NCG was awarded the sale listing for a 1.11 acre parcel at Gateway and Offenhauser Drive in Reno.

477 Ireland: Three acres of vacant industrial land located in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center at 477 Ireland has been listed for sale by Reed Simmons of Grubb & Ellis|NCG.

Retail

Banks Hinckley LLC: Ken Mattision and Tad Loran of Grubb & Ellis|NCG were awarded the lease listings for two projects in North Valleys for Banks Hinckley LLC. One is a 14,000 strip center to be built at Golden Valley and North Hills. The other is a 4.3-acre commercial parcel at Red Rock and Silver Lake Boulevard.

593 E. Prater Way: Citicorp North America Inc. listed its sublease of the 3,200-square-foot retail or office space in the Ironhorse Shopping Center with CB Richard Ellis.

4385 S. Carson St., Carson City: Gregg St. Partners LLC listed 2,800 to 3,610 square feet of retail space for lease with Andie Wilson and Brad Bonkowski of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Brokers.

US Bank: Mark Keyzers of the retail division of NAI Alliance was awarded listing agreements with US Bank for leasing of 1,308 square feet at 1080 North Hills Blvd. and 1,827 square feet at 142 Los Altos Parkway.

1725 Prater Way: Chris Waizmann and Gary Tremaine of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. won the sublease listing from O'Rielly Automotive, Inc. on the 4,500-square-foot freestanding building.

2950 S. Virginia St.: The automotive retail space of 3,000 square feet with six bays across from the Peppermill was listed for lease with Kent Whelan and Rod Cogburn of Coldwell Banker Commercial Clay & Associates.

2380 Oddie Blvd : The retail pad of 37,000 square feet was listed for sale with Kent Whelan and Rod Cogburn of Coldwell Banker Commercial Clay & Associates.

80 E. Patriot Blvd.: Chris Waizmann and Gary Tremaine of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. won a listing from Kelly-Moore Paint Co. to lease 1,800 square feet at 80 E. Patriot Blvd.

Shadow Lane, Fernley: Tom Reid of Trinity Commercial won a listing agreement with Shadowbrook LLC to market a newly constructed 21,000 square foot retail center at 130-140 Shadow Lane in Fernley.

740 Freeport Blvd., Suite 104: Chris Fairchild of Grubb & Ellis|NCG was awarded the listing to sublease 740 Freeport Blvd., Suite 104 consisting of 5,000 square feet of warehouse space and 700 square feet of office space.

2542 Business Parkway, Minden: Chad Coons of Gillmor Coon Real Estate Group LLC was awarded the leasing list on the 24,128-square-foot industrial and distribution building.

2548 Business Parkway, Minden: Chad Coons of Gillmor Coon Real Estate Group LLC was awarded the leasing list on the 22,500-square-foot warehouse.
