Christy Horgan, a certified public accountant, has been promoted to a principal at Mark Bailey & Co., CPAs in Reno.
Horgan, who earned bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Washington, joined Mark Bailey & Co. seven years ago. She previously worked for Washington Mutual Bank and Deloitte & Touche.
