Mark Foree has been named general manager of Truckee Meadows Water Authority.
Foree most recently worked as interim general manager of the authority.
He has worked for TMWA since its inception as manager of engineering and director of water operations. He is a registered professional civil engineer with 28 years experience in design and operation of water systems.
