Hossein Asrar Haghighi, chief financial officer of Dubai-based Al Yousuf Group LLC, has been named to the board of directors of Reno's Altair Nanotechnologies Inc.
Al Yousuf Group, which owns 14 percent of Altair, is entitled to two seats on Altair's board.
