Tim Duggin of D&D Plumbing won second place in the National Craft Championship Competition in Honolulu.
Duggin is a fourth-year plumbing apprentice in a training program overseen by Associated Builders and Contractors.
Other competitors from northern Nevada included Doug Villatora of United Construction, a fourth-year carpentry apprentice, and Joe McFadden of McFadden Electric, a fourth-year electrical apprentice.
