Weyerhaeuser closes center

Weyerhaeuser Co. said last week it will close its service center in Reno, a move that will cost the jobs of three workers.

The service center sold wood and building products to dealers and home improvement retailers. Weyerhaeuser said the Reno center and four others around the country were closed as the result of weak sales.
