Jack H. Bennett has been cited by Nevada State Contractors Board investigators for contracting without a license in the Reno area, and Leslie Downing, who does business as The Woodshed, was issued a warning letter for advertising without a license.
Both had advertised in the Big Nickel, the state agency said.
