International Game Technology of Reno said last week a federal judge in Delaware ruled in its favor in a patent suit IGT filed against Bally Technologies Inc.
The patent suit, which was filed in 2006, claimed that Bally's Power Rewards and Power Winners systems infringed on player bonusing patents held by IGT.
The lawsuit seeks financial damages, which would be determined in a separate trial.
