John Scott has been named director of food and beverage at The 19th Hole Restaurant at LakeRidge Golf Course.
Scott previously worked at Charlie Palmer's at the Grand Sierra Resort, independent French bistros and as the owner and chef of Midtowne Dinnerhouse.
