The Nevada State Contractors Board revoked the license of H.M. Byars Construction Co. of Reno.
Board investigators said the company completed substandard workmanship and failed to take corrective action.
H.M. Byars also was fined $2,500 and was ordered to pay investigative costs and restitution.
