Capstone Mining last week invested $11.25 million in Nevada Copper, which owns the Pumpkin Hollow prospect near Yerington.
Capstone purchased 4.5 million shares of Nevada Copper at $2.50 per share. The investment included an option to purchase additional shares at $3 per share.
Both companies are headquartered at Vancouver.
