The maker of fastener systems purchased a 10,060-square-foot building at 2201 Lockheed Way in Carson City. Bruce Robertson and Jack Brower of Sperry Van Ness Gold Dust Commercial Associates represented Click Bond as well as the seller.

Chart Industries

The company headquartered at Garfield Acres, Ohio, closed on its purchase of 15 acres at McCarran, east of Sparks, and started work on a 40,000-square-foot facility. Dean Krieger and Clint Steele of Lee & Associates represented Chart Industries as well as the seller, DP Partners.
