Roger Harker and Willibald (Bill) G. Berlinger have been named to the board of managers of Motiv Engines, a Reno company that's developing an efficient engine technology.
Harker is president of Harker Enginuity Inc., a consulting firm to early stage companies in the energy and power-generation industries, and is former president of Bently Nevada Corp.
Berlinger is technical manager in the large power systems division of Caterpillar Inc.
