Bill Bertelson has been elected president of the Reno Rodeo Foundation, and Mark Elston has been named a trustee of the foundation.
Bertelson is president of U.S. West Investments. Elston, who served as president of the Reno Rodeo Association in 2008, is managing director and investment officer of the Elston Alonso Financial Strategies Group.
