Nevada Geothermal Power Inc. said last week its Faulkner 1 power plant at Blue Mountain near Winnemucca has been operating continuously since all three power generator units were brought back online on March 5, and the plant is generating between 36 and 38 megawatts.
The plant, which was commissioned last year, was temporarily shut down in January because of problems with a cable.
