Phil Satre, chairman the board of NV Energy, is one of six corporate directors recognized this year by the Outstanding Directors Exchange. Directors are recognized by their boardroom peers for the role they have played during a crisis, a business transformation or a turnaround.
Satre, former chief executive officer and chairman of Harrah's board, has served on the NV Energy board since 2005 and was elected chairman in August 2008.
