Bill Tafuri has joined Liberty Silver Corp. of Reno as vice president of exploration.
Tafuri has worked at U.S. and international mining projects for Getty Mining Co., Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp., Kinross Gold Corp., and Centrasia Mining Corp.
He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in geology at the University of Nevada, Reno, and a doctorate in geology at the University of Utah.
