Veteran restaurateur Brett Rosselli is opening 275 Hill, a restaurant named for its address in downtown Reno.
Roselli, who worked at restaurants in Hawaii before opening Viaggio Italian Cuisine in Reno in 1998, also has owned restaurants in Las Vegas and Lake Oswego, Ore.
Housed in a building renovated by AMH Properties of Reno, the restaurant will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
