Two hedge funds based in Reno raised more than $96.2 million from investors.
High Sierra Partners I, a limited partnership created in 1987 by Jones Commodities Inc. of Reno, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it raised $53.7 million from 62 investors.
Draco Fund, a limited partnership whose general partner is Draco Capital Management LLC of Reno, said in an SEC filing that it raised $42.6 million from 92 investors.
