Bobby Cable has been named catering director and butcher manager by Kinder's Catering, BBQ, Deli and Meats in Reno.
Cable was formerly the executive chef at The Sands Regency Hotel & Casino and also has worked as assistant cxecutive chef at Circus Circus Hotel & Casino.
