Tracy Mimno, former chief executive officer of Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, has been named general manager of the Red Hawk Casino owned by Lakes Entertainment near Shingle Springs, Calif. The property is owned by the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians and managed by Lakes Entertainment.
