Deal on silver property

Innocent Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., said last week it's signed a letter of intent with DuraRock Resources Inc. of Carson City for exploration of the 550-acre Dayton Silver Mine property in Lyon County.

The site was operated as a silver mine in the 1860s. The two companies plan a 50-50 partnership, and Innocent would provide about $3.5 million over three years for its share.
