Two contractors in have been cited by the Nevada State Contractors Board for contracting without a license in northern Nevada.
John W. Willey of Coleville, Calif. was issued a criminal citation after he advertised as a handyman in a Gardnerville paper and submitted a bid on a painting job.
Travis Olson, who does business as Signature Home Maintenance in Reno, was issued a criminal citation after he submitted a bid for electrical work.
