ConservCo buys Indiana company

ConservCo Water Conservation Products LLC of Reno last week closed on its acquisition of The Cement Solution Company LLC, a manufacturer of building materials.

The Cement Solution Company, a privately held company headquartered in Indianapolis, makes a reusable bag for mixing concrete for small jobs.

Lauren Sellyei, president of ConservCo, said the acquisition opens the construction and building materials sector for the Reno company. The deal also provides ConservCo with a logistics platform to serve Midwest markets, she said.

She described Cement Solutions as "a significant growth opportunity" for ConservCo. Robert Dunlap, Cement Solution founder and inventor of the Reusable Concrete Mixing Bag, will manage the company's Midwest sales efforts and warehouse operations.

ConservCo manufactures and distributes water-saving plumbing and irrigation products.

Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed by privately held ConservCo.
