Investigators for the Nevada State Contractors Board issued criminal citations to three unlicensed contractors who were soliciting work in northern Nevada.
Cristobal Santana-Ortega, who does busness as Cristobal's Painting, was cited after going door-to-door in Dayton to solicit business.
Randall M. Clark, who does business as Clarks Custom Concrete, was advertising in a Carson City newspaper.
Joseph L. Gauntt of Reno was advertising as a handyman on a local bulletin board, state investigators said.
