Urex Energy Corp. of Reno has changed its name to Mustang Geothermal Corp. to reflect its ownership of 6,582 acres of federal geothermal leases in Nevada. It continues to own uranium prospects in New Mexico as well.
The publicly held company said it also has completed a 1-for-200 reverse split of its common stock.
