Bob Boisson has been named director of membership development for the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and Mark Tulman has been promoted by the chamber to a newly created position, associate director of membership development.
Boisson previously worked as market development director for Gannett Co. Inc. at the Reno Gazette Journal.
He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
Tulman, who has worked at the chamber since 2007, previously was a member representative for the organization.
