Advanced Refining Concepts LLC, company that produces liquid fuels from natural gas, said last week it boosted production at its pilot plant in Sparks to 4,000 gallons a day.
The company plans to open a 100,000-gallon-per-day refinery at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center in July.
