Afrayed End purchased a 9,500-square-foot building at 901 S. Center St., 16,858 square feet of land and 15.88 acre-feet of water rights. The seller, Pureline Inc., was represented by Fred Jayet and Ken Stark of Stark & Associates Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide. Afrayed End was represented by Keller Realty.

Ryder Integrated Logistics leased 390,420 square feet at 12035 Moya Blvd. The landlord, DP Partners, was represented by Eric Bennett, Gordon Zack, Mike Nevis, and Daniel Buhrmann of CB Richard Ellis.

Metallic Ventures subleased 6,000 square feet at 230 S. Rock Blvd. The sublandlord, Fronteer Mining, was represented by Mike McCabe, Aaron Somer, Tim Ruffin and Melissa Molyneaux of Colliers International. Reed Simmons, Don Welsh and John Pinjuv of Grubb & Ellis|NCG, represented Metallic Ventures, LLC.

Sierra Audio Visual, represented by Mike McCabe and Aaron Somer of Colliers International leased 5,000 square feet at 80 Coney Island from CI Properties LLC.

Richard Joseph & Co. leased 5,280 square feet of space from Stationary Engineers Local 39 PTF LLC, at 910 Greg St. The tenant was represented by Mike McCabe and Aaron Somer of Colliers International.

Absolute Hose & Fittings leased 2,290 square feet at 10 Greg St. Carole Brill of Miller Industrial Properties represented the landlord, 10 Greg St. Partners.

Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Inc. leased 50,900 square feet at 46 Isidor Court in Spanish Springs Corporate Park. Dan Buhrmann, Mike Nevis, Eric Bennett and Gordon Zack represented the landlord, Tarragon.

CCI Ventures leased 4,850 square feet at 324 Vine St. from Lebo and Merrill Newman. Tom de Jong and Clint Steele of Lee & Associates represented both the Newmans and CCI.

Premier Product Management, which provides shipping and delivery services for GE Appliances, signed a five-year lease on 7,920 square feet at 958 Spice Island Drive. Gary Baker of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Clay & Associates, represented Premier.

Vital Systems signed a 10-year renewal of its lease of 15,950 square feet owned by Prologis at 4999 Aircenter Circle. Greg Shutt of Grubb & Ellis |NCG represented Vital Systems.

Great Basin Brewing Company leased 5,000 square feet at 740 Freeport Blvd., Dan Buhrmann, Mike Nevis, Eric Bennett and Gordon Zack of CB Richard Ellis represented Great Basin Brewing.

Nathan Bertram leased 2,400 square feet at 5601 Echo Court from Z Squared Properties, which was represented by Carole Brill of Miller Industrial Properties.

Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse LLC leased 17,500 square feet and 2.64 acres of land at 16300 S. Virginia St. Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial Properties represented Midwest Recreational. Musician Rehearsal Center signed a 10-year lease on 18,000 square feet in the Glendale Business Park at 581-587 Dunn Circle. Gary Baker of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Clay & Associates represented Musician Rehearsal Center as well as the landlord, Sentinel Real Estate Fund.
