Kathy Gamboa, director of the northern Nevada campus of University of Phoenix, has been promoted to territory vice president.
She will continue to oversee the University of Phoenix campus in Reno as well as campuses in Idaho, northern and southern Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyo.
