Walmart

The company purchased 18 acres at Highway 395 and Muller Lane in Gardnerville and plans a 152,000-square-foot store to open in early 2012. Jack Brower and Bruce Robertson of Sperry Van Ness in Carson City represented the seller, Sierra Nevada SW Enterprises LLC of Carson City.

Swagelok Manufacturing Co. sold the 28,000-square-foot building to 4750 Joule Street LLC, which acquired the property for its business, Great Lakes Case & Cabinets.
