Ruth's Chris Steak Steak House said last week it's negotiating to be released from its lease of a Reno location.
The company, which planned a 10,000-square-foot location in The Montage at Second and Sierra streets, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it no longer plans a company-owned restaurant in Reno.
