Signature Landscapes has resumed landscape improvements along Vista Boulevard, a project that includes installation of 3,500 trees, shrubs and grasses and more than 3.5 miles of irrigation for a two-mile stretch widened by Q&D Construction under contract with the Regional Transportation Commission.
Signature started on the project in late 2009 but had to delayed further work with the onset of winter.
