Ertan Ozmen has joined the Reno office of Terracon as geotechnical department manager.
A licensed professional civil engineer in Nevada and California, Ozmen has 16 years of geotechnical and civil engineering experience.
He earned a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
