Nurses recognized

Thirteen nurses have been recognized as Northern Nevada Nurses of Achievement in an initiative coordinated by the Nevada Hospital Association.

Recognized were Katherine Dawson of Renown Regional Medical Center (advanced practice); Jennifer Lee of Renown Regional Medical Center (community health); Kristin Combs of Renown Regional Medical Center (critical care); Roseann Colosimo of the Nevada State Board of Nursing (education); Lily San Agustin-Delie of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center (innovation); Elizabeth Mead of Renown Regional Medical Center (leadership); Susan Urmston of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center (lifetime achievement); Pam Venters of Renown Regional Medical Center (licensed practical nurse); Peggy Tingley of Renown Regional Medical Center (long-term/rehab); Carole Wiseman of Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare (medical-surgical /maternal child); Debra Holst of VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (office/outpatient); Catherine Estipona of Advanced Medical Arts (patient advocacy) and Julie Hager of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center (rural health).
