Rayne Niehaus and Lois Paynter have been promoted by Saint Mary's Health Plans.
Niehaus was promoted to vice president of CDS of Nevada Inc., a third-party administrator.
She joined CDS GroupHealth as executive director in 1994 before it was acquired by Saint Mary's in 1998.
Paynter was promoted to vice president of operations for Saint Mary's Health Plans' insured products. She previously was senior director of operations.
She joined Saint Mary's Health Plans when it was founded in 1993.
