Heidi Foster, a certified financial planner, has joined American Retirement Planners in Reno as a portfolio manager.
Foster, who has worked in the financial industry for two decades, previously worked as an investment officer for two bank trust departments.
She earned a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California.
